HospiceWorks makes it easy to upload documents to the patient's chart and you can also link them to orders and visit notes. 


  1. From the Patient Dashboard, click the Documentation tab


  2. Click the Uploads tab


  3. Click the green Uploads button. Select the file from your computer, and name it.


  4. To view the attachment, click the File Url button. If you wish to link the attachment to an order or visit note click Link now.


  5. Select the document that you wish to link the attachment to and click the green button


  6. Click the link document to see it e.g. Physician Order will open up.
