Bereavement Letter Templates


Form Bereavement letters can be created and edited from the Administration menu. 



The system comes with template letters:

  • Click the pencil to edit the title and number of days to generate
  • Trashcan to delete
  • Envelope to view the letter

Generating Bereavement Letters


Letters are generated by running the Bereavement Weekly Follow Up report from the Hospice menu.



Click the Print button to view the letter that will be printed.
