The Hospice Aide Assignment is where the Aide plan of care is established. This will then flow to the Aide Visit Note.
The Hospice Aide Assignment is accessed from the Patient Dashboard > Things you can do dropdown.
To add a Care Plan, this will be done through a Physician Order. Click the link in the yellow banner.
