The Care menu option is your dashboard for patients that are, or were previously assigned to you.

Note: If patients are listed under Assigned Patients but do not show on the Care menu, it is because they are not assigned to you but you have an up




Assigned Tab 

This tab shows patients that are currently assigned to you.

Click the MRN number or orange View button to go to the Patient Dashboard.




Previously Assigned Tab

This tab shows patients that you are no longer on the Care team but you can still do visits for this patient by clicking the MRN number or View button to go to the Patient's dashboard and then the Scheduling tab. 




Discharged Tab

This shows patients that were assigned to you that are now discharged. Columns show the discharge date and reason for discharge. 




Schedule Tab

You can get to this area quickly from the Home screen by clicking the Manage Schedule shortcut. 



This section shows your visits calendar. Click on a visit to get more information.






Documents Tab

You can get to this area quickly from the Home screen by clicking the Manage Documents shortcut. 


You will see the documents that you are working on for any patient (whether assigned or not) and Supervised Documents (documents for users that you supervise) or documents that you need to sign.


  • Documents that are ready for signature will be at the top
  • Click Edit to work on the document
  • Click View to go to the document
  • Click remove to delete the document



Communication Tab

You can get to this area quickly from the Home screen by clicking the Communication Notes shortcut.



This area shows all your messages and you can take action on them.


Note: to create a new message do so from the Patient Dashboard


  • Read and Reply to messages
  • Update an existing message
  • Filter messages by status: read, unread, all
