1. On the Patient's dashboard, click Documentation


  2. In the search box, start typing "Bereavement" and any BRAs will be listed. Click the orange View button to see the details.


You can also see a list of contacts with completed BRAs under Things you can do > Bereaved. You cannot access the BRA from here but you can update the contact's information.
