The Care Providers option is where you can add your directory listing to be selected in documents.
The following providers can be setup:
- Facility
- Physician
- Referral
- Pharmacy
- DME
- Funeral
Care Providers can be found on the Administration menu.
Click the category for which you wish to add or edit a provider.

Each section has appropriate fields for you to prefill. Anything with a red asterisk is required. Be sure to click the "Is Active?" box at the top otherwise they will not show in the provider list e.g. If physician was added but the "Is Active" box was not selected they will not be available to select under physicians.
