The Nursing Assessment Update is available from the Patient Dashboard > Things You can Do > Create New Documentation.
The Nursing Assessment Update is required to complete Re-Certification documentation and it can be generated at any time that a Nursing Assessment needs to be updated.

The Nursing Assessment Update carries over information in each section and other information. The carried over items are in blue. This makes it very easy to identify the items that were previously selected.
To change the Care Plan click the Physician Order link in many of the sections. It will open up in a new tab.
