The Nursing Assessment Update is available from the Patient Dashboard > Care Management > Create New Documentation.
The ReCertification Nursing Assessment is required for a new Benefit Period.
The Initial Nursing Assessment carries over information in each section and other information. The carried over items are in blue. This makes it very easy to identify the items that were previously selected.
To Update Care Plans click the Care Plan Manager QuickView Tool Icon located on the top of the page, It will open up in a Care Plan Manager .
