The Hospice Aide Assignment is where the Hospice Aide plan of care is established. This will then flow to the Hospice Aide Visit Note.
The Hospice Aide Assignment is accessed from the Patient Dashboard > Care Management dropdown > Create New Documentation
To add a Care Plan, this will be done through a Physician Order. Click the link in the yellow banner.
