HospiceWorks allows you to capture an handwritten signature on the Consent from. This feature is available on any touchscreen device.

1. Tap Referral on the menu.
2. Tap View on the Consent task
3. Complete the form fields and hand the device to the patient to sign with their finger (or screen pen)
4. Click complete at the bottom of thee screen. 
5. You will returned to the main Referral screen. Tap View on the Consent to see the saved signature.
