Users can be removed by following steps:
- From the Administration Menu > Users
- Click View next to the User you wish to remove
- Click Block at the top left
- Enter a reason note if you wish
- Now you will see that the user is blocked.
- The User will now be listed in the Inactive tab and can be unblocked by clicking the Approve Access button.
- If the user tries to login, they will get a Login Failed message
- If they try the Reset Password link and enter their username or password they will get "The username or email is invalid"
