During an IDG meeting you can add notes and then sign off on the meeting.

  1. On the menu click Hospice > Reports > IDG Listings
  2. Enter the date of the IDG Meeting
  3. Click Generate Report
  4. Click the appropriate tab for the Patient’s status – New Admission, Current or Discharged
  5. Click View IDG on the patient. If you see Create IDG wait for the meeting organizer to create the IDG note.



  6. Click Edit button on the note so that you can add your comments in the relevant sections at the bottom of this page



  7. Click the + to expand any sections to review the patient’s information.  Enter your notes when prompted by the meeting organizer. Any notes added by other IDG participants will update when you refresh the screen.
