All the patient's care plans can be viewed from the Patient Dashboard > Quick View Care Plan Manager
The information below provides the general pattern of how you create and update Care Plans.
Creating and Updating Care Plans
Care Plans are created from the Care Plan Management icon in the Quick Access Toolbar.
Add or Update Care Plans can managed in the Patient Dashboard
- The Quick View Toolbar is located below the top navigation bar with the Care Plan Management orange icon.

- Click on the orange icon and you will see the existing Care Plans. Click Add care plan or Edit an existing Care plan.

- In Edit mode, use the dropdown to select items and the red trash button to delete items > click submit to update.
