The Hospice Aide Visit Note is accessed from the Patient Dashboard > Things you can do dropdown.
The Hospice Aide Visit note indicates the sections that the Aide must address in red. These are created by doing a Hospice Aide Assignment.
The Aide needs to indicated they completed the task by tapping on the toggle. If they are unable to complete the task they need to add a note. All the tasks have to be addressed in order to completed the visit.
