This error message will occur when a user has visit documentation overlapping the same time. This can be easily fixed by changing the time on one of the documents.
Visit times can be changed on documents that are signed or unsigned.
- Go to the Patient's document and click View
- Click Edit buttons next to the Time In and Time Out to make corrections and submit
