How to add/update the diagnosis and comorbidities after admission : Support

A diagnosis and comorbidity can be changed after admission in Patient's Information.

Go to the Patient Dashboard > Information > Clinical

In the Clinical, click on either Update Diagnosis or Comorbidites

Make your Changes > search by ICD or description > Save Changes
