A diagnosis can only be changed via a Physican Order.
You can create a from the Patient Dashboard > Physician Order > Things You Can Do > Create New Documentation or from the link within a visit note.
In the Physician Order, toggle on the Diagnoses section.
Click Update button to edit a Diagnoses > search for a diagnoses by ICD or description > Submit
