Supervisory Visits can be selected within the Nursing Visit Note and Nursing Assessment Update.
- More than one user can be supervised but not the same user in the same visit note
- The same user can be supervised for multiple disciplines in the same document
Click the New Supervision button and complete the form. Add more Supervisions as needed or Remove Supervisions (red button)
