Levels of Care (LOC) are changed via a Physicians Order you may need to select Discharge Alive and Re-Admit, or via the Care Levels tab. Use the grid below to determine which action is needed.

In the Patient's Dashboard go to Things You can Do menu > Create New Documentation > Physicians Order.
You may also wish to add a Care Plan for the new LOC. If so toggle on the Care Plan section and add.
Check the Patient Dashboard to see if there is a new set of tasks related to the change in LOC. e.g.
